Are you certified organic?

No, the National Organic Standard as applied by the USDA has become so corrupted that it means virtually nothing so we don't participate. Our animals are raised in a manner that most  people consider "organic". We use no chemicals, growth stimulants, antibiotics or hormones. Our pastures are fertilizied with 100% natural products. The only certification we seek is the satisfaction of our customers.
