Why are your products more expensive than the grocery store?
Several reasons. One, ours are better, you can't buy a Lincoln for the price of a Ford. Two, you pay the whole price directly. When you buy food produced in the industrial system, you pay a considerable portion on Apr 15. It is estimated that fully half of the profit made by corn farmers in the U.S. comes from subsidies. We accept no money from the Government. Third and most importantly, part of being sustainable means we make enough money to still be here next year. We try to give our customers the best deal we can, but we MUST make enough profit to remain viable.
