Sorry for my ignorance, but I was wondering how your chickens are butchered or cut? Is it the whole bird, gizzards included? Will I need to dismember it myself? Again, I apologize for the silly questions, but Ive been a vegetarian most of my life and only recently started consuming ethically raised and humanely slaughtered poultry. Im very interested and impressed with your farming methods. Thank you
They are whole birds. We are happy to include the giblets (heart, liver and gizzard) at your request. We can show you how to cut them up if you would like.
