Are the Beef and Pork ordered early in the year for pickup when they are ready?
Beef is ready in the fall. Ordering it early reserves it for you, we generally sell out. We have pork from time to time throughout the year but it also goes quickly so ordering it early is a good idea. Read More

Sorry for my ignorance, but I was wondering how your chickens are butchered or cut? Is it the whole bird, gizzards included? Will I need to dismember it myself? Again, I apologize for the silly questions, but Ive been a vegetarian most of my life and only recently started consuming ethically raised and humanely slaughtered poultry.
