We've had a chance to try various cuts of the pork and it is all fantastic. No nitrate taste in the bacon, the pork chops are the best we've ever had and the pork steaks taste like a great steak wrapped in bacon.
The chickens taste great also. Thanks again, we will be back.

We just had one of the pork roasts: while it roasted the house smelled sweet and delicious like a french pastry bakery! Every bite was outstanding. Two of us ate the whole thing, without feeling heavy or stuffed. This pork tastes very clean, light and incredibly delicious.
P.S. We drove from Sandy UT to get our order and we can not wait to do it again!

THE WILLIAMS BROUGHT A FULL PIG TO OUR 30TH CLASS REUNION FOR CHENEY HIGH, WHICH THEY BOTH ATTENDED. THAT WAS ONE FANTASTIC SPREAD. THE PORK WAS TENDER AND HAD SO MUCH MORE FLAVOR THAN ANY PORK I HAVE EVER EATEN! THANKS GUYS, FOR YOUR GENEROSITY AND YOUR COMMITTMENT TO NATURAL FARMING.

I have to tell you we have absolutely loved the beef and chicken we purchased from you. We made the roast on Sunday, the chicken on Monday and meatloaf with the hamburger last night....there is just one problem....my family is disappointed they have to wait until Fall to get more. What is the possibility of getting more meat now? Do you have extra waiting to be sold?

The best pork chops Ive ever tasted! The pork steaks are delicious and bacon cant be beat. The beef is great, too - roasts are tender and the steaks flavorful and delicious. The meat tastes like it is right off the farm...because it is! Thanks Running Water Farms - Ill be back.
